1 15 oz. box raisin bran cereal
5 c all-purpose flour
2 t. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. sugar
5 t. baking soda
1 c. melted butter
4 eggs, beaten
Mix cereal, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in an extra large bowl.
Add margarine, buttermilk and beaten eggs and mix well.
Spoon batter as needed into greased muffin pan or paper lined tins. Fill 2/3 full.
Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remaining batter will keep, covered for up to 6 weeks.
