Ingredients (click HERE for recipe)
1 T of olive oil
1 1/2 T grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 t sea salt (or less if prefer)
1/2 t ground black pepper
1 T lemon juice (optional)
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Take each spear of asparagus and bend until breaks. Throw away the bottom part and keep the part with the head on it.
Put the asparagus in a mixing bowl and add the olive oil on top. Mix well. Add parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix again.
Place on a baking pan.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
