1 box of fresh mushrooms cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
2-3 T (low sodium) worchestershire sauce
2 T of butter
2 t of minced garlic
Melt the butter in saucepan. Add minced garlic and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Then add the mushrooms to the butter and garlic. Simmer in the garlic butter until the mushroom cook down. Let cook for around 10-15 minutes.
