1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
3/4 cup oil
small box of vanilla instant pudding
1/4 cup milk
2 mashed bananas
Mix and pour into a bundt pan that has been greased with baking spray.
Bake and 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
1 stick of margarine
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup of water
Boil this glaze for 2 minutes. Stir continually.
When the cake is done cooking and has just come out of the oven (while it is still in the pan) use a fork and poke holes in the cake. Pour the hot glaze all over the cake and let it soak in.
Let the pan cool to the touch in the pan and then dump it out onto a platter.
This cake is unique in one way. It is absolutely delicious straight out of the oven. But it is even better when it has been frozen before you serve it. So this makes a wonderful make-ahead recipe. It also make a great Christmas present because we can make it and the recipient can freeze it for a few days before they serve it.
