Grandad's Peach Ice Cream

Mrs. Margaret Morrison is one of the best cooks I know. In fact, I am pretty sure she is Super Woman and does almost everything well. So when I was thinking about homemade ice cream recipes I had to ask her. She generously shared this one with us! It is sure to get the entire family excited about ice cream…as if they weren’t already.

1 cup of sugar
4 eggs
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
4 cups of chopped fresh peaches
1 t. vanilla extract
whole sweet milk 

Grandad's Peach Ice Cream

Mix eggs and sugar together.  Then stir in the milk.  Add the peaches and vanilla and stir.

Finish by filling the ice cream canister to 3/4 full with whole milk. 

Freeze according to your cream freezer directions.
