Mom's Artichoke Dip

We grew up with this recipe. In fact, we used it so much we exhausted ourselves with it. It is time for a comeback for this amazing recipe! I hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

It is an easy recipe to have the contents around and be able to easily throw together if you have surprise guests!


Ingredients:

1 (16 oz.) can of artichokes, drained and chopped
1 cup of Hellman’s mayonnaise
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese

 
Mom's Artichoke Dip
 



Mix all of the ingredients together.

Bake at 350 degrees for around 30 minutes. The middle will be bubbly and the cheese will be melted.
