Ingredients (click HERE for recipe)
1 lb. ground sausage
1/3 c. Dale's Seasoning
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 1/2 Bisquick
Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl like thelarge one in this set. Mix them all completely. You may need to use your hands to get them all worked in together.
It should look something like this picture above when you are done mixing.
After all the ingredients are completely mixed take small amount of the mixture (medium spoonful) into your hand and roll into a ball. Fill a cookie sheet with the balls. We use one like this one and it is completely full with one making. This this cookie sheet works really well for this recipe and costs less than $10!
This picture of our youngest's hand so the sausage ball looks a bit bigger than it actually is. (If you prefer your sausage balls to be large just allow a few more minutes in your cooking.) Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes.
They are absolutely the best sausage balls we have ever had. They also are a GREAT make ahead project. They can be cooked and cooled completely and then placed in a freezer ziplock bag and frozen to use at a later time. I hope you enjoy these as much as we do!
