I have to tell you I loved this recipe.  I am going to share my old faithful that is always a hit with the kids.  But our older two tried the new one with me and both said that it was a good recipe!  I would love to hear your feedback.  I did not use the garlic in it...I added it because I wish I would have.

1 pound of turkey meat
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of oregano
1/2 cup of feta cheese

Place the meat in a bowl and add all the ingredients.  Stir until well blended.
Pat into 4 burgers.  Grill on low/medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.  To make certain the burger is done use a meat thermometerthat takes absolutely all the guessing out of grilling.  It is one of my favorite cooking tools.  This one is the one I use and I really like it a lot.

This burger works well with fresh spinach and tomato.  Guacamole would be wonderful on it as well.

1 pound of turkey burger meat
I Tablespoon of spicy brown mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (if you like hot you could increase this a bit)

Place the meat and all the ingredients into a bowl.  Stir until well blended. Pat into
4 burgers.  Grill on low/medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.  Use this meat thermometer to make sure the burgers are completely done.  This is the one I use and it is excellent.

This is a traditional turkey burger and pairs well with your favorite toppings.  Sharp cheddar cheese is delicious on this burger.   Bacon would be a wonderful addition as well.
