This recipe came from my brother-in-law Jay. He has amazing culinary skills. You many be familiar with His cooking if you have made Jay’s Keto Pizza recipe.
This one is easy and delicious.
Ingredients (click HERE for the printable recipe)
4 chicken breasts
8 oz can of tomato sauce (can use no sugar/low sodium)
1 Pkg. of low sodium taco seasoning (or mix the dry ingredients from Mrs. Liz’s Tacos)
1 cup of salsa
1 T of cumin
1 t of chili powder
1 T of minced garlic
Mix all ingredients together except the chicken.
Place the chicken in the pot and pour the ingredients on top of the chicken.
Let it cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Chicken will easily fall apart when pierced with fork when done.
