1 pound of sausage
1 bag of spinach, chopped
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 T Italian seasoning
1/4 cup of whipping cream
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup cheese parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of feta cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the sausage in a skillet until done. Drain sausage.
In the pan that the sausage was cooked in quickly sauté the spinach. Only 1-2 minutes is necessary.
Combine the sausage and spinach and place in pie pan. Add all the cheese except !/4 cup of the parmesan and mix in with the sausage and spinach.
Mix the eggs, garlic, Italian seasoning, whipped cream. Pour this mixture into the pie pan on the top of the meat mixture.
Top the whole pie with the last 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
Cook for around 50 minutes until the center is firm.
