Italian Crescent Casserole

1 lb of ground beef
1 cup of spaghetti sauce
6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
2 T butter melted
1 T of minced garlic
1 can crescent rolls

 
Italian Crescent Casserole
 

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Brown the ground beef and half the garlic in a skillet. Drain grease.

Put meat back in skillet and add the spaghetti sauce. Heat throughly.

In medium bowl mix the mozzarella cheese and sour cream.

Pour the beef and sauce into a 8x8 or 9x9 pan (that has been greased.) Spoon cheese/sour cream on top of the beef.

Lay the croissants over the top of the cheese layer.

Mix the melted butter, the other half of the garlic and the parmesan cheese together. Spread this evenly over the croissants.

Bake for around 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
