Brady's Energy Balls

This is one of Brady's favorites.   I don't know why I call them balls for him because he prefers a bowl and a spoon.  But to humor his mom he rolls them into balls.

Ingredients (click HERE for recipe)
1 old-fashoined cup oats
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 T chia seeds
1/3 cup of honey
1/2 t of vanilla extract

Stir all the ingredients into a bowl and mix completely.  Cover and chill for 30 minutes.  Roll into ball about 1 inch thick.  Store in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator.

When we have these around I usually make this my little sweet treat right after dinner.  It is just enough to settle my sweet tooth.
